Ben Sheldon is an author driven by curiosity and a lifelong passion for writing. Since 2005, he has self-published eight books, each shaped by his sharp eye for detail, creative imagination, and genuine love of storytelling.
Before dedicating himself fully to writing, Ben worked as an Assistant Editor for the magazine Instrumentation Technology—a technical publication that later evolved into a modernized version with digital distribution. The decision to bring him onboard was simple: Ben’s engineering background paired with his natural writing talent made him an ideal fit for a magazine where clarity, precision, and creativity were essential.
Even outside of work, Ben has always lived as a writer. He keeps a small notebook within reach at all times—ready to capture sudden ideas, flashes of humor, poetic lines, and moments of inspiration before they slip away. One such notebook led to a growing collection of ideas, prompts, and narrative fragments. Eventually, these collected insights became the foundation of his latest book, Writer’s Quarry.
Today, Ben continues to write, create, and shape concepts that help other storytellers bring their own visions to life.
